How do I keep mold and condensation out of my cold room?

We have a cold storage room in the basement (two concrete walls form the perimeter of two sides. The interior walls are finished on the outside with gyproc and insulated. The door to the room is a standard exterior door with weather stripping. The interior walls and ceiling are finished with OSB. I thought the exterior concrete walls were insulated, but they are not. There is a small vent outside (dryer duct work, but duct work runs the height of the room. We have a mold/mildew problem in this room.Does this room need another vent? How do we get rid of the mildew problem? Should the OSB be replaced with something more appropriate? If so, what would be used? Can the OSB be sealed or treated somehow to prevent moisture/mildew?
