What does the F10 Error code mean on my Kenmore Electric range model number 790.9611?

I have a Kenmore model 790.9611 slide in range/oven. The last two time I used the oven to heat something up the food was burned on top and raw on the bottom and there was an F10 code displayed. The first time I cleared the code, reprogram the oven setting but the same thing happened again. What is the F10 code? And how do I reprogram for the F10 code or fix whatever is wrong? Thank you.

Sorry I used wrong acronym, should be EOC for Electronic Oven Control.

Ken, I'm with Joe, My problem occurred when I used the Self Cleaning feature. It must have gotten so hot that it kicked off the breaker. Man, was that an easy fix. FYI for others, the breaker is small and round along the purple wire and the button to push to reset it is red. Just a gentle push and you'll feel a light click. Thanks again, Ken!!!
