Can Sears get away from the Good Better Best method with their products?
I have been a customer of Sears for over 25 years. Some of my first purchases for my apartment and homes have been for tools, paint, and home improvement items.
I feel that as a consumer Sears has lost itself by competing with itself. Do you really have to have all those versions of paint and tools. The Craftman's tool used to be a symbol of lifetime. Let's keep it that way. Make it to last, not disposible. Make the best paint you can. If you know a way to make a safe paint, sell it as one type and make it the best price you can. Putting the branding and competition on yourself takes away from the simple Sears company that used to be simple.
I am a fan of Sears so I figured that I had the right to make these requests.
