The F20 error deals with the water coming into the tub. The F20 code indicates the control didn't see any water enter the tub.
You say water comes in and fills up to the bottom of the door before the error appears.
There is a flow meter that tells the control water is coming into the washer. If the flow meter is faulty the error usually happens quickly.
There is a pressure switch and the clear plastic hose may be kinked or even have a small hole in it. One thing to try is to remove the top of the washer and then pull the hose off the pressure switch and blow through it towards the tub to check for obstructions in the air dome.
The drain hose should not be stuck down the standpipe to far. If the drain hose is stuck down the standpipe a siphon action ca occur. This means the water would fill and drain at the same time which might lead to the F20 error.
Check the drain line first and then remove the top of the washer to access the pressure switch and pressure hose. With the washer empty remove the hose from the pressure switch located on the right side of the washer and blow through it to clear any debris blocking the pressure hose or air trap.
If this doesn't help then most likely you will need to replace the W10156252 pressure switch. It is available from the following link:

I did just as decribed..still I get a F20 error, I replaced pressure switch, and replaced the water flow meters, and dissembled bottom drain hoses and cleaned the gunk and blew through the pressure hose and everything seems good and clean.
The washer fills fine then flashed F20 error on any cycle....there for awhile it would work fine then start giving the error...now it errors every time and I have to press stop, drain, and then run a rinse, drain, and spin cycle manually. I thinking about checking start capacitor next...any help or ideas?
