Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.
You mentioned you can hear the spark but you didn't mention if you’re seeing the spark at the both right hand burners or not. If you hear it sparking then it's not likely a faulty spark module. If the igniter is sparking between the burner base and the electrode then the burner is not likely igniting because of dirty/clogged ignition or burner ports on the burner base or cap. Check for obstructions in the burner ports. Also make sure the burner cap is correctly seated on the burner base.
In order to access the spark module will require removing the cook top from its installation and then removing the top. I added an image below with the instructions for removing the top.
