Thank you for your question on the timing belt and the lubrication instructions.
There is not timing belt instruction for this machine.
If the shuttle to needle timing is not correct there is a procedure for adjusting the needle to shuttle timing at the main top shaft next to the hand wheel.
If you think your machine needs timing please let me know and I can put together the steps it takes to do this.
You can adjust the tension on the belt by removing the belt side cover.
Look at the image below for oiling this machine.
Cleaning the lint out of the shuttle race is actually more important than oiling.
These newer machines have friction friendly parts and do not require a lot of oiling like the older machines.
