Thank you for submitting a question to Manage My Life.
Without your model number I am only able to give you general information. On some of the Bosch washers the E27 or Er: 27 error occurs when the door lock overheats from overuse or being jammed. On rare occasions, error code Er: 95 can also occur. When this happens, ignore the Er: 95 code and handle the repair as an Er: 27 door lock error. This happens most often from laundry pushing against the door and occasionally from doors being misaligned, or possibly a slightly bent front panel if the washer has been moved recently.
When error code Er: 27 occurs you can use one of two methods to reset the washer.
Manually unlock the door (using the release rod) and leave the washer on (i.e. in the error condition) for three minutes until the washer resets automatically. The washer should function properly once it resets.
Go into the Diagnostic Test program and run the P: 03 Automatic Test once the test is complete, exit out of the test mode and turn the knob to a cycle and at this point the washer should work normally.
If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website:
