If you have followed the steps in the video and the wheel will not come off I suspect the wheel rusted to the axel. When this happens, spray WD-40 or other penetrating product into the hole where the axle key is. Then let it sit for 30 minutes. Now try to wiggle the wheel back and forth while pulling out on it. If it will not come off you can try to tap the wheel off with a block of wood and a hammer. be careful doing this because you could drive the axle out of the transmission. If this happens, it is costly to repair. Another option is to use a puller or heat the rim.
My recommendation is to call for service if soaking it with WD-40 does not help. You can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website:
