Whirlpool Duet Sport washer

I have a Whirlpool Duet Sport clothes washer. It is a front loader. It is about 2 years old. Just after the first year warranty ran out, the mother board died and it cost $260 for the service man and parts. Yesterday, it quit again. An error code d5 came up this time. Does anyone have the codes to decipher the error code?
It fills and only begins to turn but stops, so the belt is intact. I tried to get it to spin and drain but it just hums and ....nothing.

I am really disappointed in this machine. We paid way too much for this washer topotentially save water and detergent. But the after costs are killing us. Any information is greatly appreciated.

The irony of this whole situation is this. I use Tide HE detergent, always have with this washer. I couldn't figure out why the display would indicate 7 minutes left in the cycle and 10 minutes later the machine was still running. Now, Tide has answered the question. They claim the problem is that my detergent (their HE, lower-sudsing detergent) is making too many suds and the machine can't rinse them out, so has to run for longer periods. But they claim my problems will all be solved if I switch to the "New", "Improved", "Low suds" Tide product. Really?
