kenmore freezer and refrigerator temperature settings

i have a kenmore side by side refrigerator model 795.5103.when i press the pad for frrezer temp it goes down .how do i get it back to 0 degrees it is down to -2 degrees and i am nervous to keep on pressing the pad ?

Thanks for your question about temperature settings on you Kenmore elite refrigerator. I will be glad to assist you.
The temperature settings for your refrigerator can be adjusted by pressing the Fridge temp button or the freezer temp, button. Each time you press the button the setting will go to a colder temperature.
Too change back to a warmer setting; keep pressing the temp. Button, once it reaches its maximum setting the setting will start over. Example; freezer is at -2 continue to press, when it reached -6 the next setting will start over and you can go back to the O setting recommended for that section. Both controls rotate in that manner.

Your control range is Fridge section =33 degrees F. to 46 degrees F. And the freezers ranges are -6 F. to 8 F.
