Removing front panel on Maytag Neptune Double Dryer MCE8000AYW

I have a Maytag double dryer model MCE8000AYW. The upper dryer is for sweaters and suits similar to dry cleaning. The lower dryer is regular tumble dryer. The lower dryer no longer provides any heat whatsoever but the blower and tumble work fine. The upper dryer works normal and heats up as normal. Therefore, since they both use same heating element I have narrowed down the problem of no heat to lower dryer as the part called - Temp Control Thermistor' and I have purchased that part. However, there are no instructions anywhere that I can locate that explains how to remove the lower front panel of the unit so that I can replace the part. Maytag no longer sells this product, I have spoken with Maytag on line chat and they do not know how to remove the panel and have no documents of how to assemble or remove the panels.

How do I remove the lower front panel so that I can replace the part???

I also have this same dryer but my console panel has gone bad. I have already found a replacement but don't know how to remove the old one. It looks like it just pops out.

P.S. the console part number is 31001658
