Thank you for submitting your question. I understand your concern and I will be happy to assist you. First, the polarity of the power supply to the range should be checked for reverse polarity and also the ground circuit should be checked. Reverse polarity means that the line one voltage (L1) and neutral (N) is reversed. If any moisture or water boils over and runs behind the burner knobs it can cause the burner switch to short circuit and cause the igniter to begin sparking. Secondly, when any one burner knob is set to the "lite" position, all 4 electrodes/spark igniters should spark, not just one. In order for the spark igniters to begin sparking one of the four burner knobs must be turned to "lite" in order for the igniter switch to close and complete the power supply circuit to the spark module. The only other way for the igniters to begin sparking is when spark module has voltage supplied to it or if the polarity is reversed and there is a shorted wire somewhere between the burner switches and the spark module. I would check for moisture first. If there is no moisture than the issue will more than likely be with the spark module (WB13K5079). You can order parts from our
