Samsung RF4287HARS not Dispensing Ice

My Samsung RF4287 through door ice and water dispenser is not dispensing ice when the lever is depressed. Further, there is no noise, clicking or anything when the lever is depressed for the ice. There is no problem when it comes to dispensing water, and the ice maker is producing ice. I tried unplugging and plugging back in and checked to ensure there was no ice cause a jam. Does a sensor need to be replaced? If so, how is that done?
