Detailed instructions can really come in handy when replacing a major part on your vacuum cleaner and I will be happy to help. I did some research and I was able to find a link that will guide you with your project. Click

Again, Joey S, your image refers to the hose assembly, not the nozzle hose. The image doesn't even identify the nozzle hose which is where the end of the vacuum hose assembly plugs into...answer is still useless to me.

Joey S, I already have the manual which doesn't show how to change the nozzle hose which is identified on page 20; the only place in the manual where it is identified (no instruction or diagram on how to replace). Have looked in many places (spent HOURS searching) with no site showing how the nozzle hose integrates into the housing which should provide clues (direction?) to remove & replace. Check out page 20 of the manual.
The nozzle hose is cracked in a couple of places therefore reducing suction.

To remove the top of the hose you have to rotate it counterclockwise a little and pull it out. The real difficult part is figuring out how to disassemble the nozzle base to get the other part of the hose out. The trick is that there is a screw underneath one of the rollers. Pry the roller off and remove screw then it is not to difficult to disassemble the rest of the way.
Seems like the only reason to put a screw hidden under a roller is so that you will take the advice above and take it into a service center. I would rather buy a serviceable vacuum.

After posting this I realized I have a different model, but maybe this helps somebody anyway.

Edward: According to the model number provided this is an upright vacuum. It has two hoses; the hose assembly which is of the image I sent with directions. The only other hose is the extension hose. I assume you need to remove the nozzle housing and not the "nozzle hose". The image I added below will show how to remove the lower plate to access the nozzle housing.
I added the URL address to below of the Owner's Manual if needed to reference parts of the vacuum.

Edward: I can only suggest referring to the second image and instructions I provided in my second response and remove the lower plate and then see if you see how the nozzle hose is attached. If you get to the point where you need to have a service technician fix this problem, you can carry the vacuum cleaner into your nearest Sears Repair Center or Sears Store.
