Kenmore Elite He5t showing Suds and F35 error code

I have a Kenmore elite He5t steam front load washing machine model 110.47789701 and it is showing suds and then F35 error message immediately upon start up. I've installed a new pressure switch the line is clear with no air leaks all the way through the drum and still have the same issue. I ran the diagnostic and it makes it through the C:00 test fine and then throws a F35 error before it gets to the C:01 test. I think the C:01 test is the steam test. I read somewhere to check the flow meter and that spins just fine.

I have now replaced the pressure switch and the steamer control board. I still get the suds/ F35 error right at startup after the initial drain. When I do the steamer diagnostic by holding start and the steam button I get a yes indicating that the steamer is working. Is there a way to test the steamer assembly? I am kind of narrowing it down to the steamer assembly or the valve that opens to fill the steamer. I ohm checked the valve and it shows good. This thing is really throwing me. Could it be the main Electronic control board? I know the pressure switch goes into that board. Is there something else I could check, the Control board is very expensive?
Reading this site I noticed other people having the same problem, but no solutions were stated. Do you have any suggestions?

I'm getting the suds and F35 error. When I disconnect the air hose from the pressure switch, it is NOT easy, with significant resistance. I've already replaced the pressure switch twice. I cannot see to 'where' the hose is attached lower in the H35T washing machine. Thanks Dylan

I meant it is not easy to blow air through it. (can't edit after post)
