I took advantage of that yesterday when I purchased some electronics. I was very disappointed with Sears when they cancelled my order for no reason. I had to spend 3 hours on the phone with them, to replace the order and get the pricing, plus an extra 10% for the unauthorized cancellation. However, I still have the issue that they didn't spell my last name correctly, and they have an apartment number attached to my house address for shipping. I really am not satisfied with Sears/Kmart's customer service. I find them to be the worse I have ever dealt with. Because of their mistake and the wrongful cancellation, they charged my Sears credit card TWICE. I have to wait 7 to 10 business days before that credit hits and my available balance is restored. It really was not a good time for them to do what they did. And, to only be given a 10% discount due to the issues, and spending 3 hours on the phone, is rather disheartening.
