Why did my bottom freezer stop working, and how can I get it to work again?

Bought new fridge 3 months ago. Freezer stopped working for no apparent reason. Drawer closes properly. Don’t know if this is related and/or “normal” as the troubleshooting guide indicates, but I’ve heard running water and gurgling noise almost non-stop for weeks. What can I do to fix it without voiding the warranty? Can’t get service for another two weeks. :-/ This is the 795.7205 model.

We tried that three times, but the system was down.

I tried rescheduling for an earlier date—especially after I saw an earlier date via the “managemylife.com” website, but I was put on hold and subsequently hung up on twice.

Freezer is around 20º at this point. It should be -2º. Breads and ice cream are defrosted. First thing I did was to clear all the air circulation openings, but didn’t work. I can’t move the refrigerator to unplug it; too big and bulky.

Thanks for your response! I’m not mechanically inclined, so please forgive my ignorance. Where should I be feeling the heat? From where the refrigerator is located I only have limited reach of the sides. I can hear something running and the mid-side toward the back feels warm, but I have no idea if that is what you are referring to. All the lights work and there is no ice on the back wall of the freezer.
