Anyone have any tips for incorporating more fruits & vegetables into their daily diet? I want to eat better but sometimes I'm really picky!

Hi, everyone! Posting as myself instead of my A Healthier You logo today. Does anyone have any tips for training yourself to eat more fruits and veggies? I've been wanting to do this for awhile but I have such a hard time motivating myself to actually do it. Any tips?

Great addition. Fruits can add lots of natural sugar which may not always be your best option. The veggies are great choices because they add additional nutrition and reduce the sugar content of the smoothie.
