craftsman hedge shears, lifetime warranty, needs replaced and they are not avail for shipping to my zip code. wtf?

That's because the manufacturer no longer makes this item. You can call the Craftsman Help line at 1-888-331-4569 to get an equivalent replacement or credit in points.
