I have never ordered from Kmart or Sears online.
So I am quite concerned about the enormous number of Unanswered Questions regarding orders not received.
I would imagine that would be a priority for the Shop Your Way Team since the other customers that handle a majority of the questions obviously are not in a position to take answer those for them too.
So I am trying to figure out how bad their service is.
Did you ever get your order?
Was there an apology or refund or compensation for your wasted time?
Did you have funds locked up on your credit, debit or Paypal accounts while they got to the bottom of it?
