Don't become her client. She is an employee of Sears Holding Corporation (hence the word Expert by her name) and is breaking company policy by also being a Personal Shopper. She is also lazy, she copy/pastes my old answers constantly to use as her own. By using my exact old answers she will give you information that is no longer correct but she doesn't care. If you become her client she will make money off every purchase you make. I'm not a Personal Shopper but if you need one you'll easily find one much better than her. To answer your question since you can't edit your number yourself online call SYW customer service 1.800.991.8708. You'll have to push a few numbers to reach someone and it might take a few minutes but the SYW call center usually has very helpful employees that are much better than the online help.
