From what youâ€™re describing it sounds like lock motor is binding up or not completely unlocking in order to reset the locking switches. Open the oven door & have someone push & hold in the oven door light switch (do not let go), set the control up for anther seflcleaning cycle & start the cycle. Let the cycle run for only bout 4-5 minutes & press stop cancel. While the door light switch is still being held in the locking motor should rotate & reset clearing the F90 error code. Now you can let go of the door switch. If this does not help I recommend replacing the complete door lock assembly part number; 318261221 $23.89
If the two random bars are still in the display I recommend replacing the EOC (clock) part number; 316577019 $144.49.
