The link provided above provides some troubleshooting for this problem. You did not indicate whether you tried to ignite the top burners manually with a match or lighter. Follow the procedure in your owner's manual to try and light the burners manually. If the burners will light manually, then your failure is likely in the spark module or the wiring for the burner ignition system. If the burners are sparking when turned on but will not light using the regular spark igniters or manually then you have a gas supply problem. Some ranges will have a solenoid gas cut-off valve that shuts off the gas supply to the stove top burners. This feature is automatically enabled when the range powers back up after an electrical power outage. Check your owner's manual for this feature on your range. Without a full model number for your Whirlpool Super Capacity 465 range, I cannot tell whether your model has this feature.
