Thank you for your question. This can be a very difficult job and even technicians usually experience some difficulty, installing a new gasket. First, disconnect power to the unit. Now, soak the new gasket in some hot water, for about an hour. To remove the old gasket, loosen all the screws under the lip of the gasket, all around the door. Do not take the screws out, just loosen them. You will now be able to slide the gasket out from under the retainers. Pay attention to how the lip fits under the retainers. The new gasket should be very soft and flexible now, after soaking in the hot water. Now start the new gasket, by first connecting the 4 corners. Insert the lip of the gasket under the retainers. When the corners are in place, next work the gasket into the top of the door and the bottom of the door. When both sections are done, you can tighten a couple of screws on both sections, to help hold the gasket in place but that's all. Do not tighten any more. Now work the sides in place, starting from both ends and working toward the middle. It won't matter which side you do first. When the gasket is in place all the way around, now tighten the screws. When you close the door now, it will probably be bowed out of place. First try to pop it back in shape. If it doesn't work, you will need to loosen the screws again, close the door and reshape it to fit. Carefully open the door and retighten the screws. You may need to do this a few times, to get the door shaped properly. When this is done, it's very likely the gasket will have some gaps in it. To smooth out the gaps, you can use a hair dryer. Just be careful not to get it too hot. Unless you're very confident in your repair skill, I recommend having a technician make this repair. I'm listing a site you can access, to have a tech come out.
