Ordered female hose mender twice but got the male part. Issue how the code is stored in the computer.
I needed to remove a nozzle from the end of my garden hose, but the nozzle seemed to be rusted to the brass end. I ended cutting it off and replaced the brass end with this. Works great, easy to replace, better than the "old" ways of before. If needed, will use another one.
I ordered the correct part for my needs. When I arrived they gave me a totally different r part. They said it had same SKU number. But it was totally different. They said they did not have correct part. Their website says still that they have 8
In stock in the store. I drove 30 miles to get to this store because I needed the part right away. After an hour in the store they said they cannot do anything. They do not have the part even though in their system and on the Sears app and sears website it shows the part in stock. Totally wasted my whole Sunday afternoon. And they won’t even compensate me for it or order it and ship to my house for me. Terrible customer service. What happened to Sears and Craftsman ? Last time I try a Sears purchase.
This looks and feels like an awesome replacement part. However, it stripped out before ever tightening down. Would probably work best on a thin hose, not a heavy duty one.
