Horrible shipping packaging by sears/non operable product

|

The case of the watch was smashed all to **** and the watch didn't work at all. The case with the watch in it was just put in a plastic bag and shipped like that. UPS shipping people must have thrown the package pretty hard multiple times and smashed it up pretty good. I returned the whole package immediately.

Not made to last!

I've only had the watch for a year, and i can't wear it anymore. First the clasp broke on the strap, which I fixed. Then moisture got on the inside (it's water resistant up to 100 feet) so anytime it was warm out, or the watch got warm it fogged up and I couldn't see the time. Just recently, the knob that adjusts the time and date broke off while i was sitting at my desk, and the metal frame around the date fell off as well. It was a great watch until the 6 month mark, then all went down hill.
