Food storage at my house revolves around this product and the easy find lids. The lids nest together and take up minimal space and wont scatter. The containers last, but the lids do not. At the price per unit the lids should last longer. If Rubbermaid refuses to sell replacement lids, then offer a product with two lids per container for those who want to balance their inventory of containers and lids. With the emphasis on healthy cooking, and making from scratch, more storage of leftovers for lunch and other dinners is the way to go. Cracked lids leak in my lunch box and end up a "Bio-hazard". :)
I bought a large set of these and found that the lids break easily, especially going from freezer to microwave. Since you cannot buy replacement lids for these, I had to recycle practically the entire set of containers which were otherwise perfectly good. On what planet is it okay not to sell replacement parts for such an easily-broken item?

Perfect sized!

Rubbermaid is my favorite brand to buy and use because it is durable, long lasting, and i love that i can easily stack them inside each other or on top of each other. As well as being able to stack the lids to better keep up with them as well because there's nothing worse than not being able to find your lid for your container! Since these stack so well together, we haven't had an issue with them being hard to find or lost yet. I've used several brands of this type of storage container, but i still prefer Rubbermaid over the other brands. The lids work well, and the bases are clear to be able to see what you have put in them. Easy to clean and they are fridge, freezer, and dishwasher safe. Very much recommend them if you are looking for some good reliable storage containers. Work perfect for other things as well, not just food!

I Never Lose Them

The clicking together makes for easy storage and easier use. Super durable and strong. I don't know what these are made of but I am more than happy with them!
