Love this carseat!

My son (age 5) loves this carseat. he says it is so comfortable. I love the built in cup holders, huge plus in my opinion. Also, the head/neck support is great. He still tends to fall asleep in the car and this prevents his head from falling forward. The material washes easily which is needed for a 5 yr old that drinks/eats in the car.

Don't even bother

This car seat is terrible. We purchased these seats for the convenience of having another set of seats for our cars. Based on the reviews it looked like a great buy. I have twins so ease of use is extremely important. - it is nearly impossible to install these seats in either of my vehicles. In my Saturn they sit bolt upright and and kids' heads flop forward and bob all around if they fall asleep. The seats also come loose after a short time frame and have to be constantly tightened to keep secure - the harness hangs up on the seam and is difficult to even loosen - in the Jeep Liberty the seats are almost never tight enough. To the point that top harness just rocks the seat around as if it wasn't even there. I have literally pressed all my weight on my knee trying to tighten the latch system in place and it still moves more than an inch. - I also requested a replacement copy of the instructions which was sent but the link was inactive. I found my copy but it would have been nice to have the instructions sent. I was sad about my initial graco carseat purchase and wanted something lighter that I thought would install easily, look nice and be comfortable for my 2 year old twins. The reviews of this seat indicated all of these features. I believe these are screened. This is not that seat. Most frustrating is the amount of money I paid for this car seat. $200 per seat! Granted it's significantly less than my graco seats but the seat itself is terrifying and I really just want to throw it away. I have already told a colleague not to buy from safety first. I am that dissatisfied.
