Traded a smaller suitcase in on this one. Pricey but will last me forever rather then buy a new one every few years. It holds everything glides along easily and worth every penny I paid.
This was a complete boondoggle. I ordered through the American Airlines advantage program, but apparently Sears does not give you points for any home goods. They quickly sent me ..... The wrong suitcase. And trying to return it for the right thing, that seem to not be possible. They can only return it. I sent it back a week ago and I’m still waiting for my refund. The other suitcase I ordered, the same style and a 25 inch spinner, was placed on May 13, and it still hasn’t even shipped. I will be calling to cancel this order tomorrow. So, I will wait and buy them both from somebody else and I will never buy anything through sears again.
It's a bit difficult to do mail order business with a company when they deliver the wrong thing. Their online return link doesn't allow for "we delivered the wrong thing" and then puts you in to having to call their hotline. Which isn't open in the hours before I go to work. I will have to go through retaping it back up, dragging it to a UPS store, and then waiting for the right item. What a hassle!!!
this suitcase IS NOT 29" as described. The height is 32" as the airlines measure from the wheels up. It would be considered oversized by any domestic airline at a cost of $70-100 to check this bag. I returned the bag and I am disappointed that my set is not complete but the size of this bag makes it worthless to me. Don't understand why it could not have been a couple inches smaller to meet the 62 Linear inch requirement.
Unfortunately, it’s too late to return this 29” suitcase in exchange for the 25” item. Dimensions are about 2” beyond limit for domestic US travel of 62” (L+W+H) for checked bags. Or else, nothing to complain about this item. I would recommend the 25”.
