Great Features

I really like the lint filter and how it catches most of the lent to keep it out of the vent.

Nice dryer, but it doesn't last.

This machine worked well in the beginning. The only complaint I had is that the door doesn't open very far. In a small room that is a problem to get around. Then the true nature of the machine came out. I've had it just over a year and it doesn't work any more. There was a strange sound and smell, then it just stopped working. Funny how it just makes it past the warranty. I have since read many reviews with this same situation. I'll try to update after I pay someone to tell me what's wrong with it.

It wont LAST! Don't waste your money

|

The dryer stopped working and right at the 2 year mark, how funny nothing is covered and guess what, the replacement part doesn't exist anymore! They are manufactured in Mexico, read carefully before purchase. I bought the set and people have said that using the steam option on the washer fries the computer board so I never used that option. This was supposed to be a good investment but turned out to be a ripoff!!!!!

Too many issues right out of the b9x

|

We bought this set less than a month ago and already have had issues with the clothes not being dried, getting vent alarms even when the vents are 100% clear and now the worst is when we tried to use the steam cycle to get rid of wrinkles. This machine leaked water all over our laundry room. Not happy

Worst unit ever

|

bearings are cheap and wear out. Ask any repair person their opinion, and not 1 will have a positive review of Samsung. I regret buying this.
