Lazy man Dryer

if you just want things to work without having to do a lot of work yourself this dryer is for you. it gets bedding dry without having to pull the bedding out to untangle. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Delivery promised - nobody showed up to deliver!

This item was scheduled for delivery on Saturday July 6th. Worked in front yard from 9 AM to after 12 PM to accept delivery but nobody showed up. Called Sears five times on Saturday trying to find out what happened to the delivery but kept getting disconnected (16, 20, 8, then 46 minutes) then one hour and two minutes before finally getting a rep that couldn't do anything! Promised a call on Sunday - no call. Called on Monday - same story. Hold for one hour fourteen minutes before getting cut off - then one hour thirteen minutes before getting an agent - who again, couldn't help! Made a 116-mile trip to receive delivery - waste of time, money, gas and hours on hold - all with NO HELP FROM SEARS !!! Told them multiple times when I did get an agent - that nobody would be there to sign for the delivery on the next scheduled delivery date - one they picked for me - not one I selected !!! Got a call this morning - they wanted to drop off the dryer - but naturally, nobody was there to sign for it - as they were told at least half a dozen times. Sears is asleep at the wheel and I'm over it !!! I'm currently on hold (again) trying to get them to stop calling me (automated of course) trying to get the item delivered - when it is no longer wanted after the **** job they put me through !!! Phone shows that I've been on hold for over 17 minutes at this point . . . . again, nobody is home at Sears, but "they appreciate your patience" which is laughable! If they cared about customers or had any idea of what customer service was about - they'd staff the phones and have a caring representative answer the phone - not leave you on hold for periods in excess of ONE HOUR !!! Put the dryer where the sun doesn't shine !!! If you want customer service - don't bother looking for it at/with Sears !!!

Decent if it works

after 4 months of moderate use, the display board broke which has resulted in 2 weeks of no dryer. based off of the experience with the repair firm and unreliable appliances, no more samsung. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
