Love the note 5. I work in a business where I need to have all my information in one spot and I don't have the ability to be at a desk. This phone keeps my in the know and lasts all day on one change.
I have this device through Verizon. After 10 months, the home screen button stopped working completely. I have been given 3 replacement devices in the past month, all of which have serious issues. The 1st one's screen went black, the 2nd one didn't auto-rotate, nor did the light sensor work (so removing the phone from the side of my face it would not light up unless i pressed the home key), and the 3rd one i have now has the EXACT same issues. I'm unfortunately stuck paying for this one for the next 8 months on a payment plan, but when I'm done, i will not be going back to a Samsung device after having nothing but trouble with the 4 i have received.
This has by far been the best phone I have owned. I don't even want to try another one. easy to use fast great pictures but i know one day im going to have to change. but not yet lol
I received my phone as a wedding gift from my husband almost three years ago. The only issue's I have, is I wish the battery was removable, it had an SD card and it tends to freeze up for no reason (Only starting happening the last 6 months). It is still an awesome phone and I love it.
I have to say I do love my phone but there are a couple things that I think could be better one the battery sucks it still dies really fast especially when you use your phone on the internet it also still heats up on the screen if those two things could be fixed I would definitely give this phone a 5-star rating
Taking away the ir blaster and sd card addition prevented this from being a perfect follow up to the great note 4. The lack of sd expansion is just unforgivable as this is the premier productivity phone. Otherwise it's feature rich and the ambient always on display and screen off note taking along with customizable s pen floating buttons were a truly radical addition to the line. This is the first of the shift to the tall and skinny aspect ratios, however it works well in this model as compared to the increasingly awkward s8 and note 8s. Overall I love this phone, even with it's flaws
