It is my first time to buy 4 Samsung appliances last May and the microwave is one of them and it is easy to use it. Nice features
I bought this microwave as a package deal. It warms food fast but the display/control panel is peeling. It was installed this March 2018, in 3 months the panel start peeling off. I guess I need to call and get it replaced..
I like the features and the ease of use and the sensing unit..
I bought this microwave in October and when I went to install it there was a problem with the door closing. When I called Samsung they said the damage wasn’t covered as I didn’t report it within 48 hours. After fighting with them for a week they finally agreed to replace the microwave . Now my new microwave that I’ve had for three weeks has a blown transformer and I’m waiting for the parts to come in for that to be repaired . Not impressed .
Bought this m/wave along with 3 other Samsung appliances 6 mths ago. Not happy with any of them. Samsung makes great TV's and cell phones but the appliances come up short in my opinion. The clock on the m/wave loses about 1 min/mth. The button for the light is positioned between the timer and turntable on/off button. The various on/off, hi/lo/off positions are a little confusing. The hi/lo/off button has to be pressed exceptionally hard to actuate.
Unit died just 2 months after warranty expired. This not good craftsman ship for a microwave
After one year, 30 days after the warrantee is over, the sensor cooking option broke. E-11 problem. Looking at the web, it appears this is chronic flaw. Samsung should do the right thing and repair under warrantee.
