Looks outstanding in my Kitchen

So far everything seems to work as advertised but only had it a short time. The clean lines of the microwave are what sold me on it.

good basic unit but a problem with installation

|

I like the microwave but unfortunately, there was a problem during installation.
There are 2 places where the microwave attachs to the cabinet above.
One of the bolts was fine and the screw went in fine. The other was a problem and the screw did not go all the way in and will not tighten up, or, reverse thread to remove it.
At this point I will have to cut the screw to remove the microwave so it can be returned.
Not a happy customer.

Good microwave choice

|

The microwave looks great with a very modern look. I have 2 issues: one is that there is no operation manual. The sheet provided gives very poor guidance on the microwave's features. Second issue is that you cannot see inside the microwave while items are cooking unless you stand on your tiptoes (I'm 5'7" tall). I understand that the location of the controls causes this but it is an inconvenience. Overall I'm pretty pleased with the purchase.

Not worth the price

|

I purchased this microwave oven in July 2018 and was renovating my apartment, so I did not start using it until October 2018. In November 2018, the microwave started randomly beeping and the display was scrolling that I needed to press "OK" or "Start" when it had already completed its cycle. Samsung sent a technician from Home Service Network, Inc. to replace the door, which fixed this problem. By December 2018, the heating function was going bad, where it would heat the circumference of a dinner plate, but not the food on the inside. Samsung sent back that technician, who said that there was nothing wrong with the microwave, even though it took 3 minutes for a cup of water to boil. I called again and was told that they would send out a different technician from a different company, but I would have to pay for the service call, if this technician determined the same thing. So now the microwave saga continues.
