I bought this about 2 months ago. I wanted to wait and actually use every feature! It heats up well and it?s very easy to clean! Especially the oven. I love my stove! I would say in advance not to use just any pots. I did scratch the top with a pot that had the circle Markings
My oven was defective & needed to be exchanged. The delivery men contracted by Sears DESTROYED my entire kitchen floor, which was BRAND NEW & nobody at Sears will help me or give me information regarding the delivery company to contact them & I am not able to file a claim without the Sales check # that they refuse to give me. It's going on 3 months now. The oven is JUNK, HORRIBLE customer service. This was our 1st & last purchase from them. We will NEVER buy anything from them again. UPDATE 10/16/18: We agreed to settle out of court if they cover the damages, nothing more,nothing less, which we are totally fine with but after they mixed up our check we had to send it back (we did) BUT Now they are REFUSING to pay the $9,000 in damage done to our home because they filed Chapter 11
the unit hasn't even been in place for 2 years and the top glass has cracked twice in the same place. this second, last replacement is already starting to show a new hairline crack, same place. each time customer service acts like they are doing a favor by replacing the glass after heavy questioning about abuse. each time the repair ticket is labeled "one time accommodation". i am angry to have to make another inconvenient call and get treated this way when there is obviously a defect. steer clear from this glass top range. it has been nothing but a stressful experience and has stolen the joy to even use it.

purchaed this oven in 2018 less then 2 years ago. i went to clean the oven this morning and a wavy pattern was at the bottom, wiped it up and its the enamel chipping away. not happy. called customer service. such a joke. they will not do anything except make you pay for someone to come out and look at it. this is their defective product and i am not paying for its repair. what a piece of junk.
I am not use to electric usually have had gas. But it was an easy transition.
