Great induction cooktop.

We just bought a new Samsung NZ30K7880UG Induction Cooktop and we're very happy with it. It has excellent features such as flex zone burners where you can combine the burners on the left to create one large burner for a large size skillet. It boils water very quickly using the boost option. The flat glass surface is beautiful. The blue LED lights add a nice effect to make it look like you're cooking with gas. I've cooked with gas before and this cooktop is actually better than cooking with gas. There's complete control over the heat and response is quick and efficient. There are some problems with the Samsung Smart Home App but a representative just told me that software updates will be released soon. I highly recommend this cooktop.

Looks great, works OK, horrible to operate

The cooktop looks very nice, state of the art and modern. Love the boost function, boils water super quick. But the worst part is to operate it and it's controls. Anytime that a bit water spills for a boiling pot, the cooktop automatically shuts down. You have to wait untill it decides to wake up try to use controls again. The controls is the worst part. if you have a bit wet hand (and all people that are cooking may have slightly wet hang from time to time) then you cannot operate this cooktop, you will not be able to change the burner intensity. In addition, one of the burners humming loud. Sometimes temperature setting on the burner change by itself without even me touching it or removing the pot. I recommend avoiding this cooktop. I really want to love it, but I start hating it.

out of box missing parts

out of box knobs, screws and foam tape were missing. samsung refused to replace them because it was past 30 days from delivery. but first they told me 5-10 business days. then once i hung up they rejected the request and didnt tell me, i had to remember they hadnt arrived and wait 40 minutes on hold for them to tell me they wouldnt be shipping.

when i asked them how to order the missing parts, they couldnt even give me the part numbers to order, they just told me to call some third party j&j international and ask them.

love the service after dropping $7k on samsing appliances for my new kitchen.

Bad design, cannot use with wet fingers

induction great; buttons = extremely poor design and very difficult to use, making the experience using this stove not plesant at all. if your fingers arent completely dry or a little liquid splashes on tbe dials- the stove can change the temperature on its own or just short circuit and reset in the middle of cooking.

had for 6 months - wanted to see if maybe it just took some adjustment on the way we cook, but it regularly continues to be a problem.

Almost perfect

Three comments...

The clean top, i.e. no permanent knobs to get in the way of cleaning, is a great idea.

The little magnetic control wheel does not work as well as we'd like. So we have put it away and just use our finger tip. Make the wheel work better, or do away with it.

Disappointed in the timer. It's volume is way to low. Also it would be nice to have it shut off a selected burner.

Bottom line... I'd buy it again if I had to get a cooktop, but your slide-in induction stove which we had at our last house, is easier to use.

When I saw my Samsung Stainless Steel 30 Inch Smart Combination Electric Wall Oven with Built in Microwave; Model #NQ70M7770DS being taken off of the truck and going into my home I was Thrilled. To actually have an appliance that is leading in technology, sleek and beautiful in my kitchen feels amazing. The cobalt blue light inside both the microwave and oven is stunning. I smile down to my toes every time I see it. It is nice and shiny with the easy to read LED display. I smile with pride every time I see it. It makes me feel proud of myself for being savvy enough to buy such a handsome appliance that makes me stand out as a great cook (which I'm not without this appliance) and the fact that it is a smart appliance. It is very efficient to be able to use the app on my phone to communicate with my stove!
The user manual is very easy to understand to help me operate the oven and microwave quickly. Setting up the connection to the Wi-Fi and Smart Things app was shockingly simple because the display on the microwave walked me through the easy steps. It is a wonderful option to know that I can remotely control the oven. I can easily pre-heat the oven while I am close to home and it will be temperature ready when I arrive.
There are many accessories included with the microwave and eliminated me from purchasing more.
I used the temperature probe to cook a steak for my son this afternoon and it was cooked perfectly thanks to the stove! Perfectly! This is a word I have used in relation to my cooking ever. My son was thrilled with the taste and I felt as though I stood out as an amazing cook because the steak and vegetables were delicious thanks to my new stove.
I highly recommend this combination stove/microwave because it has turned my meals into fond memories. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I'm sold on inductions cooking

Really like the clean lines on this cooktop and the great performance. Amazed how fast everything heats up and really pleased with larger pots and grill on the stove. No cold spots. Makes cooking a lot of fun.
