I bought this TV at the end of last year and have thoroughly loved the picture quality and the smart tv functionality. I use my MacBook Pro in my recliner connected to the TV and enjoy the super clear amazing screen when I work from home. We use DirectTV and it automatically recognized my receiver, and the remote works flawlessly, whether I'm on DirectTV, Netflix, etc. I highly recommend it for anyone who is looking for an inexpensive smart TV with excellent picture, sound, and features.
Purchased the TV last year Dec 2017 but unfortunately didn't open it till I moved in May 2018. Set it up , switched it on only to find the screen severely damaged. Called the store where I picked up the tv and got no help. Contacted Customer Service who made several promises to replace it and have the store manager call me. None of those things happened. I truly regret wasting $500 on it. If anyone wants pictures of the damage I will be happy to share.
TV is OK but it CONSTANTLY disconnects from internet and resetting it isn't easy. Many others have this problem too. Wouldn't buy again
I bought this to use in my finished basement while on treadmill, etc.
Thru my WiFi. It is light weight, easy to set up, great picture and sound. The “smart” features made this a perfect choice for this situation!
I am retired and over 60....so, if I can.....
bought tv 1yr ago and now has thick line going down!!! waste of money! probably won’t buy samsung ever again!!
I bought this TV over a year ago and I have no complaints it's beautiful!
And I love the fact that I can use apps
Just as it was with my 2016 Samsung TV when the warranty ended on this TV on 12/31/2018 the TV had issues on 1/1/2019. I don't understand what it is with Samsung. Its as though they build in electronics to fail the day warranty ends. The tv screen glitches when I start it up. I cant access apps that I had saved on a USB stick which I could have accessed the whole first year of owning the TV. I think I am done with Samsung.
