This washer is buy far one of the best ones.

We looked at a couple of washers before we got this one. It was a lot of great things families would like. With all the newest features on the market today. The size of the drum that it has is a A++. No more going to the local laundry mat to do your big things to wash anymore with this washer. But on the downside it is a tad bit bigger then the other older washers out there. As of right now it is a very good washer for the price & fiction ability it can plus does. Weathering you go to buy or rent to our this is a great washer.

Criticism

very disappointed

This washer senses the amount of water it will use based on the wash load but it does not detect the amount of clothing accurately from what I have experienced. your clothes basically swirls around in a puddle of water that does not cover the entire particles of clothing and therefore some of the clothes don't come clean or I should say parts of them. The only way to get enough water is to use the bedding or heavily soiled setting but then too much water is used and sometimes it overflows. I wish I could return it.

Would not purchase again

|

While this washer is roomy for washing comforters and blankets, it doesn't cover any loads except on the bedding cycle with water. Parts of your clothing never even get wet and I know because I've watched. Also, I bought this washer about a year and a half ago and it now needs to have two parts replaced. We've been without a washer for a week now and may have to wait a week for the parts to come in. I'm not happy at all with this machine and will not buy another Samsung.

Not impressed

|

my machine is only 17 months old, I've already had to replace the water level sensor and today when it was in the rinse/spin cycle i wondered what was taking so long and the water was about to overflow over the top of the tub again, so water level sensor wass't doing its job again. it appears there is no overflow sensor on this machine as it really did overflow when the sensor first failed. The washer only gets moderate use in a 2-person household. this was my first ever Samsung washing machine and it will be my last

Slow Cycles, Clothes Hardly Moving

|

Very disappointed. First of all the clothes hardly move around, Second.. the cycles take so long. Third...you need to use deep cycle to get water around the load.

Love it! along with the companion dryer. A tad noisy but hey, one can't have everything. I own more Samsung appliances along with TVs and my cell phone. Totally sold on Samsung, thanks Samsung!
