Well, there are no more doubts! Clean from day one! I love the app too - I can customize multiple wash cycles and even track my energy usage. I am a Samsung believer now :)

|[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this washer for a couple of months now with no problems. There are so many combos of clothes type, water temp, spin speed, etc. that if you cannot find the exact mix for your current load, you are not even trying. I would advise going by the owner's manual for the initial set-up. Hence, I have had no problems with unbalanced spin cycles when washing anything from normal loads to a couple of sheets to a queen sized spread. I have only noticed two minor negatives. The machine makes a low thrumming sound when operating. Garments with long sleeves and legs come out tied in a virtual Gordion Knot and must be untangled before drying. My old Maytag did the same however. All in all, it seems to do a great cleaning job.
