[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Needed a new washer. Decided to try Samsung and I absolutely love it. The smart features are amazing. I always know when I need to clean the machine and if there are any problems notifications are sent to my app. Clothes come out clean every time and being able to use the automatic detergent dispenser saves time. It was a little confusing at first on how to use but was able to figure it out in a short amount. So far I���m very happy with my purchase.

This is my 3rd Samsung washer and so far they have performed well and met expectations. The only reason I am on my 3rd is just bc of newer features and not bc of breakdowns. The only maintenance I ever had to do was change the tub springs. Have never had any serious issues and so far I have no complaints with this washer. Loaded with features!!
