Greater Tub Size for Fewer Loads
With 4.2 cu. ft. of space, this front-load washer gives you the flexibility to get more laundry done in less time. Fit up to 2 baskets of laundry in this bad boy, from a load of dirty jeans to all those piles of work clothes from the past two weeks.
A Need for Speed
The Diamond Drum™ design uses a direct drive motor to pump out a powerful 1200 RPM maximum spin speed with 4 spin settings (High, Medium, Low and No Spin), giving this front-load washer the power to handle almost any load you throw into it, from wispy delicates to tough muddy jeans.
Designed with VRT Technology, this Samsung washer has the need for speed without all the noise. The innovative tub design and sensors keep loads balanced for better cleaning power and reduced vibrations and noise throughout the cycle, even for laundry rooms situated upstairs.
Keeps Itself Clean
Self Clean+ Technology helps remove dirt and bacteria from the washer drum without the harsh chemicals, even after your filthiest loads, giving you peace of mind and a cleaner home. Self Clean+ sends reminders every 40 wash cycles...
I can wash larger loads and they come out clean. My other machine never seemed to clean large loads or blankets.
This washer WAS great until the 9th or 10th week of owning it (got it brand new 2 months ago) now it will NOT drain at all whatsoever and Sears is saying it will be minimum of 89$ just for a tech to come troubleshoot then all the way up to 1000$ depending on labor and parts required! It?s less than 120 days old WHY SHOULD I BE FORCED TO PAY TO MERELY TROUBLESHOOT A BRAND NEW PRODUCT THAT IS DEFECTIVE!
was great while it worked, but suddenly it started to make a loud noice when spinning. broken bearing, more expensive to fix than to get a new one. sad to see a perfectly good looking machine end up in a landfield. would have been ok with there was any sort of warrantly offered on the very expensive repair.
the washer works fine... the issue is the maintanence. the debris filter is impossible to remove. you'll cut up your knuckles and have to use so much force pushing in then turning left that you'll break the housing unit for the debris filter. terrible filter. for that reason alone, avoid his model. you can do internet search for samsung debris filter can't remove or something along those lines... and see how much of a pain it is.
i throughly enjoy the washing machine and it has worked perfectly for the last 5 years.
my question is, i have looked hi and low on how to connect it to the smart home app.
my washer model is wf18h5000aw/ax and s/n 0dbu5aej300910m.
no matter what i do, i cannot get it to connect to my phone app. (fyi i have a samsung galaxy s10+)
can this model connect to the app?
thanks for your help.
I have bought two of these, and both had the same drain problem. Would NOT recommend.
