This foundation is seriously very LOW profile. Love how light weight it is, simple design yet it does the job. Watch out if you buy a sealy mattress, the warranty seems to be voided if you use a foundation other than the ones they offer. I needed one so I purchased both bed and foundation at once. But you are looking for just the mattress and no need for foundation, be aware of the mattress warranty guidelines. No assemble needed with this foundation. Arrived in expected condition, well protected. Prompt delivery and overall smooth transaction through Sears. I can't ask for more.
