This Sealy mattress is not as firm as I had expected. It's actually really soft in comparison to the Tempurpedic foam style mattress I had. My husband prefers the softness, while I prefer the firm mattress. This came as an entire set that included the boxspring and frame. The frame was a little tricky at first, but following the included directions should help. It is really nice, well worth the price point for the entire package. I like that the colors are dark as well,
Had this item fir about 6 weeks and there's already a huge hump in the middle. My husband, who weighs 170 sinks half way into the mattress. I am praying that we will be able to get it replaced.
This mattress was not useable after three months. It saga so badly where you lay that when you get up you hurt all day. I can not get a hold of anyone to find out if there is a warranty on this. Please do not buy this one.
The bed does not feel like the model in the store. It feels hard and nowhere near the cushion firm we laid on in the store. My husband will not even lay on it anymore and it has been two weeks since received delivery and Sears wants to force us to continue to sleep on it/keep it for 30days before they will process a return/exchange. Customer service was rude and both agents I spoke to were foreign with a heavy accent so I could barely understand what they were saying which is not really the issue the issue was they were rude and kept cutting me off when I was trying to explain the bed was extremely uncomfortable. I will never buy from Sears again. Never.
But of course, try to buy when on sale. Had an iComfort for 4 years and finally could not take the pain. An instant relief since sleeping on this Sealy. Been sleeping well for the last 6 months on it. Yes, it's heavy but the premium has straps on all sides to help maneuver the mattress. No gassing like that foam mattress.
