If the battery is reading zero power and it won’t take a charge you can plug and unplug it with an extension cord repeatedly until it gets a slight reading and then it will recharge. When the internal battery is completely run down, the computer thinks its defective and won’t recharge it. If it could possibly be frozen, thaw it indoors overnight before trying to charge it. The warranty is one year with a receipt.
