The owners manual says it is a 2.0 cu ft model.

There should be screws or nuts on either side of the handle to reattach it. This may require dismantling the microwave door. Removing the oven door, the inner panel, and the door handle

:

NOTE

: Sharp edges may be present

Unplug the microwave oven or disconnect the power

Open the microwave door

Pry the choke cover away from the top door pin, and remove the top pin from the pivot bracket. Lift the door off the bottom bracket, and remove it.

Place the oven door front side down on a padded surface

Remove the choke screws from the door frame.

Starting at the top right corner,pry the choke cover out with a putty knife, and unsnap it from the choke. Only remove the top, bottom and right sides of the choke cover at this time. Yon will remove the handle end of the choke cover later.

Starting at the top edge of the door near the center and working clockwise, use a putty knife, and pry the latching tabs of the choke out of the door frame slots. Lift the choke as you release the tabs so they do note snap back into slots.

NOTE

: When you reach the handle side of the door, pull both the choke and the choke cover away from the door frame, and then separate the two components.

To remove the handle from the door frame, remove the two handle screws.

To remove the door switch actuators from the choke, remove the screw from each actuator.

Reassembly Note

: When you reinstall the door on the oven, insert the top pin into the pivot bracket and press down on the pin until it snaps into place.

The rectangular cooking rack is ideal for two-level cooking. It provides extra cavity space for cooking 2 or more containers at the same time. Insert the rack securely into the rack supports on the side walls of the microwave oven.

When not using the rack for cooking, remove it from the microwave oven. Damage to the microwave oven could result if someone unintentionally turns on the microwave oven.

Rack will become hot. Always use oven mitts or pot holders when handling.

To avoid damage to the microwave oven, do not allow the rack to touch the inside cavity walls, ceiling or floor.

Use the rack only when cooking on 2 levels.

To avoid damage to the microwave oven, do not use metal cookware, utensils, or a browning dish with the rack.

To avoid damage to the microwave oven, do not let food container on rack touch the top or sides of the microwave oven.

For best cooking results, do not use browning pan on rack.

Remove rack before using Popcorn function.

Do not cook food directly on the rack. Always use a microwave-safe container.

The rack is designed specifically for this microwave oven. Do not attempt to use any other rack (besides those supplied with the microwave oven) in this microwave oven.

To avoid damage to the microwave oven due to soil buildup, clean rack supports often (see “General Cleaning” section



The oven cavity wall can most likely be repaired. The rack support will have to be replaced and the burnt area sanded and then painted with some microwave touch up paint. The rack may be able to be cleaned and reused but it may have to be replaced if it will not clean up.

RACK SUPPORTS

To avoid soil buildup which may lead to arcing and cause damage to the microwave oven, clean rack supports often.

Do not use soap-filled scouring pads, abrasive cleaners, steel wool pads, gritty washcloths or some recycled paper towels.

Mild, nonabrasive soap or detergent and washcloth, toothbrush or cotton swab:

Rinse with clean water and dry with soft, lint-free cloth



NOTE

: If all the carbon/burned area are not totally removed, it could happen again.

I added a list of some paints used for microwaves. Most part of the part numbers is available. I would recommend using the spray paint instead of touch up paint. The part number will be the number after the (DIV) and after the (PLS) numbers. Without knowing the model number of your microwave I will not be able to provide the specific part number of the rack support or rack.

Your microwave does not have a way to mute the sound.
