So far I'm very comfortable sleeping on my new mattress.
I have called 2 times to exchange the mattress and keep getting a runaround. Then, the box spring on the second set has cracked. I have not had any success with customer service. both times I call they tell me to wait an additional 2 more weeks and try again. I just want to have Sears send out someone to come and get both sets and refund my money in full. Please contact us as soon as possible for a pick up date and time. thank you. his is very disturbing. i have had great success with washers and stoves i have bought from Sears in the past. But the beds are poor quality and the results i got from the calls i made just topped it off. this is the second text I have sent.
The fact that they have the mattress and box spring in the picture was deceiving. I thought it was the entire mattress. Turns out the mattress is as thin as you can get and it's as firm as possible. It has caused nothing but neck and back problems for me and my husband. Don't think you can go buy a mattress pad or topper to make it better, you can't. This was the worst purchase I have ever made. Don't even waste your time buying it.
