What a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE iron!!! I am a professional dressmaker specializing in wedding apparel. I called the Shark company and they did not care nor give me any reason AS TO WHY THE IRON LEAKED!!! They wanted me to return the iron to them (Shark), but I returned it to Sears to let them know the inferior quality of the iron. I truly believe that the item should be returned to the store where it was purchased so the store knows what terrible products are out there. Otherwise people think the store is responsible for the CRAPPY products they carry. Do NOT judge a store by its products if the manufacturers of these products WANT you to return it to them (the manufacturers). Stores like Sears get a bad RAP by CRAPPY manufacturers and that is not FAIR!!! PLEASE let the store know that you are not please with the item. That way they(Sears, for example) can shop around for QUALITY products. Then, you can return to there stores knowing that they carry quality products. I truly hope this helps consumers see the TRUTH in buying products. REMEMBER--It is the manufacturers that have the responsibility to MAKE QUALITY PRODUCTS!!!!!!! The stores only have the trust that the products are good!!!
