Rocker Recliner!

I have had this Rocker Recliner for a week now and I love it! The heater is very helpful in easing my lower back pain. The vibrator is very nice with different settings, it's a little louder than I would like, but the rewards over shadow that. The price was a great deal on this chair!

poorly and cheaply built

The lever which releases the footrest struck me as cheap plastic and I worried it would not hold up. The transition from rocker to recliner was never smooth and after about five times using the chair, the footrest pops up as soon as you sit in the chair and the flimsy release handle does not reengage it in place.. The chair itself is adequate but there is a design flaw which leaves a big gap of unpadded armrest right where ones elbows naturally fall. Overall, the engineering is flawed and the construction substandard. Too bad. I was excited to get something American-made. I wish I could return it but does not seem to exist as an online option. Amused I can send back a $50 handvac but can't get relief on a thousand-dollar chair.

Ugh I needed more space for this review...darn them. BUY THIS CHAIR!!

Okay so I have back issues and I am reading some mixed stuff on this chair but still thinking it looks big and comfy. I am so glad I purchased this recliner. The heat...I am always cold so it is awesome. Will use the heck out of it in the winter. Now you aren't gonna get up from the massage part and be like WOAH my back is awesome but it is relaxing and I LOVE it. The delivery man, which we now know, from my bed purchase again because of my back said this was a good choice as well. Let me also talk about our area delivery guys. THEY ARE AMAZING!!!! Like they come in the door and they are like our best friends and we have known them for years. They are awesome and amazing guys!!! My daughter has issues and they both know it and we were chatting and one guys wife is an advocate and gave me her number and the other guy is so happy go lucky I have fliers and they live in a different area (for my daughters Autism and Bipolar) Im like hey will you hang these up? He says you bet!!!

Trouble with Massage Portion and Heat

|

I have had this 9 months-I like it-confortable and heat works great--in last 2 weeks-the Massager is noisy and when shifting in chair-it stops or makes even more noise-also I believe springs are shot-Sears finally replaced this in December 2014-now the 2nd chair-Heat doesn't work anymore and massage part has acted up again-doesn't work correctly!
