I ordered specially through Sears for the shorter shipping dates. My order has been pushed back three times and a few weeks. Very disappointed. The first two associates I spoke with were very polite and sympathetic. When I spoke with the third associate at the "customer service" line She told Me no compensation can be made for the inconvenience because it was a manufacture mistake. The phone mysteriously was disconnected. I was extremely polite during Our conversation. I am not impressed with the service of this order. This was a large purchase and I feel this situation could have been handled more professionally.
