It's nice but will be more nicer if it was whole
This was the first piece to arrive of the 3 piece sectional. But the legs were did not come with the delivery of this piece. It's been weeks and we cannot get anyone at SEARS to help us find the legs for this couch. We waited WEEKS for the next two pieces to be delivered. Now we have a sectional couch that doesn't fit together because it sits at 2 different heights ,due to this piece not having legs. This order has become more than annoying. I do like the couch, but not without the legs!!
I've never been so disgusted a day in my life till this very moment! you don't receive the whole couch you get a piece of it.. Which is pretty funny because the picture shows a whole couch then when you call to find out what is going on they have no answer for you! I was sent to five different people to be told they was trying to reach the warehouse to fix the order mean while i was on the phone with warehouse itself ! whom i most add tried their best to solve the situation . mean while sear customer care just sent me to everyone who couldn't even help or should i say wouldn't.. don't waste your time go else where i know for sure i will never order from them again!
It’s only a piece of a sectional not the whole thing like picture shows. And I’m still waiting on a refund after they picked it up!
